Die TENSIØN Konferenz ist eine Plattform für Kreative, Kulturschaffende und Musiker:innen – entstanden aus der elektronischen Musikszene, heute offen für Live-Musik und alle Genres.

In praxisnahen Workshops, Panels und Netzwerktreffen vermittelt die Konferenz Wissen zu Musikproduktion, Karrierewegen und aktuellen Fragen der Branche. Themen wie nachhaltige Szeneentwicklung, Inklusion und Vielfalt stehen dabei bewusst im Mittelpunkt. Die TENSIØN Konferenz ist niedrigschwellig, community-getragen und in enger Kooperation mit regionalen Partner:innen organisiert – weil gute Szenearbeit von unten wächst.
